Our Story

PCS Home Group was founded on the belief that clients deserve more than a transaction. They deserve a trusted advisor who takes the time to understand their goals, educate them throughout the process, and create a strategy built around their unique needs.

Founder and Designated Broker Ashleigh Camberg entered real estate after a career as a Registered Nurse, bringing with her a passion for educating, advocating for, and caring for others. Those same values continue to shape every client experience today.

Since beginning her real estate career in 2019, Ashleigh has built PCS Home Group around relationships, integrity, and exceptional service. Rather than focusing simply on closing transactions, she focuses on helping clients make informed decisions that support their long-term financial goals.

Many of our clients return years later when it is time to purchase another home, sell as life changes, invest in real estate, or trust us to manage their rental properties. Those lasting relationships are the foundation of our business and the greatest compliment we can receive.

Because We Have Been There

Military relocation is one of our specialties because it is something we have experienced firsthand.

PCS Home Group is family-owned and operated by Ashleigh and James Camberg. James proudly served more than 20 years in the U.S. Army before retiring and joining PCS Home Group as a real estate agent. Throughout his military career, our family completed multiple PCS moves, giving us firsthand insight into the excitement, uncertainty, and challenges that come with relocating.

We have navigated the tight timelines, long-distance planning, unfamiliar communities, and important decisions that military families face with every move. Because we have lived it ourselves, we understand that a PCS is about much more than finding a house. It is about helping families feel confident, supported, and at home as they begin a new chapter.

Today, we are honored to help service members and their families relocate to and from Joint Base Lewis-McChord.
