While I was in Korea, I wanted to start the sale of my home and had been referred to Ashleigh. She was amazing from start to finish. I had so much going on and with the time difference she was still able to communicate with me every step of the way. She truly made this experience super easy for me. She was able to get people into the house to work on things that needed updated while I was gone and able to work around my children and their caretakers' schedules. Highly recommend her to anyone looking to sell. She went above and beyond and made me feel comfortable with everything. She was always available to talk me through each step. The only thing that makes me sad is I never actually met her in person to thank her before I PCS'd.

Kinda long review. Jump to the last paragraph for a quick awesome summary of working with Kelly! Having a husband in the military and living the military lifestyle is not for the faint of heart. You would think you’d get used to picking up and moving after doing it a few times. Most do not. Moving can be so stressful all on it’s own but of course for my family we had so many additional stressors of adding in a newborn one month before moving, having a toddler who is going through it all, finding out a family member has cancer and making a trip in between it all to see them, and all the little things life constantly throws at you on the daily. Working with Kelly made the entire process of selling our house so incredibly easy! Kelly understands people to the best of her abilities and gives her all to help where she can. She did everything in her power to have us not lift a finger! From everything that goes into selling the house, to helping us take the photos and make it look picture perfect, all the way to holding on to some items for us to give to a friend since we didn’t have the time or vehicle to do it ourselves. This and more was all done by Kelly in the most professional kind hearted way another human can help a family going through so much. Kelly works hard for her clients. She got us an amazing price for our home, helped with everything she could, was very knowledgeable and could answer all of our questions when we were confused, and communicated the whole process to us every step of the way. I would definitely work with Kelly again, and highly recommend her. I don’t have enough good things to say about Kelly! You won’t regret having her help you in buying or selling your home!!

Must hire....reliable and knowledgeable. Ashleigh did an amazing job selling our home. We are no longer live in the area and needed someone to handle selling our home and everything that goes with it. She made sure the house was "show ready". She oversaw the professional photos, minor repairs, painting, and staging of the house. Ashleigh is easy to work with, detailed, professional, and organized.
