MARKETING

PCS Home Group will market your property to prospective tenants creating maximum exposure for your property.

Your property will be listed on a multitude of sites, such as Zillow, Trulia, Hotpads, AHRN, property management website, facebook, and more! In addition, each property will have a yard sign placed in the yard.

Rental ANalysis

We perform extensive research providing you a FREE custom market analysis for your property. This is the first step in honing in on topline revenue expectations for your rental home.

Tenant Screening

Most up to date technology to screen & process prospective tenants ensuring each new resident not only is well qualified focusing on credit, income, background check and prior rental history.

Lease Excecution

We prepare and handle all leases, disclosures, and addendums for you.

RENT COLLECTION

We handle all rent payments are processed as they are received and disbursements to owners are made on the 10th of each month.

Our tenants can pay rent online through the tenant portal via direct deposit. We send a monthly owner report detailing all activity.

Maintenance

We conduct a detailed move-in inspection to record the condition of the property at the beginning of each tenancy. We have a network of contractors and vendors that provide us with great service and at the best prices. We perform regular semi-annual inspections of the property to ensure the upkeep of the property.

Meet Kelly

Helping people, in any fashion, is something that is deeply rooted in me as a REALTOR® and former Registered Nurse! I am originally from California, and have been lucky enough to be stationed around the country with my Husband. We have now settled down in Washington, where we're putting down roots! Since I am a transplant to the Olympia/Tacoma area, I have worked hard to become familiar with all the different places the S. Puget sound has to offer! I understand how unsettling it can be to move to a new area+new home, and how overwhelming the process can be!
