She worked tirelessly to send us video walk throughs and write multiple offers over a couple months to get us into a house. Ashley gave us the details we needed to understand whether we needed to rent our property or sell it. Once we decided to sell - we literally removed our furniture then never looked back while she worked her magic. She handled the hassle of coordinating carpet cleaning, complete home cleaning, photography for the home, listed, did multiple showings and an open house, reviewed offers with us, breaking down the benefits of each, which allowed us to accept an offer in 4 days. Shortly afterwards we signed, then moved to Europe. Because she ensured we did everything before departing - although this was the highest dollar value item we ever sold, it was the most stress free transaction. My family and I highly recommend Ashley for any of your real estate needs!! We look forward to moving back and going through the purchasing process with her.

While I was in Korea, I wanted to start the sale of my home and had been referred to Ashleigh. She was amazing from start to finish. I will absolutely recommend Ashley as a real estate agent. When we bought our house 2 years ago she was very responsive for me and my wife. Took time to FaceTime us every house we wanted to see (even ones that were a little sketchy). Since we are military we couldn’t see it in person but through technology and Ashley we were. Kinda long review. Jump to the last paragraph for a quick awesome summary of working with Kelly!Having a husband in the military and living the military lifestyle is not for the faint of heart. You would think you’d get used to picking up and moving after doing it a few times. Most do not. Moving can be so stressful all on it’s own but of course for my family we had so many additional stressors of adding in a newborn one month before moving, having a toddler who is going through it all, finding out a family member has cancer and making a trip in between it all to see them, and all the little things life constantly throws at you on the daily. Working with Kelly made the entire process of selling our house so incredibly easy! Kelly understands people to the best of her abilities and gives her all to help where she can. She did everything in her power to have us not lift a finger!
